Return & exchange policy

We put a lot of care into every single order, and we want you to absolutely love what you receive. Please take a moment to read through our policy before purchasing.

All sales are final

Because each Gracewoven t-shirt is made-to-order just for you, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges, and we're unable to offer refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

We warmly encourage you to look over our size guide and product details before placing your order. If you have any questions at all about sizing or fit, please don't hesitate to reach out before you buy — we're always happy to help you find the perfect fit!

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We truly care about the quality of every order that leaves our hands. If something isn't right, please know we will always make it right. If your order arrives:

• Damaged during shipping

• With a manufacturing or printing defect on our part

• As the wrong item, size, or design due to our error

We'll gladly send you a replacement free of charge. All we ask is that you get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@gracewoven.com, along with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

• A brief description of what happened

Just a small note: print placement can vary by up to 0.5" as part of the normal production process, so slight variations in placement aren't considered defects — but if something looks genuinely off, please reach out and we'll take a look!

What falls outside our coverage

We want to be transparent with you about what we're unable to assist with:

• Incorrect size or color selected at the time of purchase

• Change of mind after an order is placed

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Damage resulting from washing or care that doesn't follow our guidelines

• Issues reported more than 7 days after the delivery date

Caring for your tee

To keep your Gracewoven tee looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water and tumbling dry on low heat or air drying. Please avoid bleaching or dry cleaning.
