Where we ship?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future — thank you for your understanding!
Made-to-order production
Every Gracewoven t-shirt is lovingly made-to-order, crafted just for you after your purchase is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. We'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Shipping method & delivery times
All orders are shipped via Standard shipping. Here's what to expect after your order leaves us:
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days (domestic US)
Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 4–10 business days.
Please keep in mind that delivery timeframes are estimates. Occasional delays due to carrier schedules, holidays, or weather are outside our hands — we appreciate your patience!
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow along every step of the way. If you don't see it in your inbox, a quick peek in your spam folder usually does the trick. Still nothing? We're happy to help — just reach out!
Incorrect shipping address
We want your order to reach you without a hitch! Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, please contact us right away at hello@gracewoven.com and we'll do our very best to make the correction before production begins.
Please note that we're unable to take responsibility for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we'd be happy to reship it — a reshipping fee would apply in that case.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't turned up, we're sorry to hear that! We'd suggest reaching out to your local post office with your tracking number first — they're often able to locate exactly where it was left. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it falls outside of what we're able to resolve on our end. We truly appreciate your understanding.
If your package appears to be lost in transit with no tracking updates for several days, please don't hesitate to reach out — we'll do everything we can to help sort it out.
